Sign up, sign in and sessions

You will learn how to sign in and stay signed in.

Sign in

  1. Open the Cordo web app for your environment (hosted: https://www.cordo.cloud).
  2. On Sign in to Cordo, enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

Accounts are provisioned for your workspace. There is no public self-serve sign-up, OAuth, or MFA on the login page today. If you need an account, ask your admin.

Stay signed in

After sign-in, Cordo refreshes your session in the background. You do not manage access or refresh tokens in Settings.

If refresh fails (for example after a long idle period or revoked session), you return to the sign-in page.

Accept a workspace invitation

If a teammate invited you to a workspace:

  1. Sign in with the email address that was invited.
  2. Open the workspace switcher in the top bar and choose Pending invitations, or open the invite link they shared.
  3. Accept or decline each pending invite on the invitations page.

Sign out

  1. Find your email in the sidebar footer.
  2. Click Sign out.

You land on /login and must sign in again to use the app.
